The violin is built with a solid spruce top, solid maple sides, and a solid maple back. This combination produces a clear and stable tone suitable for young beginners. The fingerboard is made of black-stained hardwood, and the tuners and chin piece are made of dark hardwood for reliable tuning and comfortable playing.
The set includes a Brazilwood bow with genuine horsehair and an ebony frog. The included lightweight case features a blue fabric lining, a music pocket, reflectors, and shoulder straps.
